Mr. Wilkinson has concentrated his legal practice in the representation of health care professionals involved in professional liability claims and actions before the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and Nursing. He has tried many medical malpractice cases in both Massachusetts and Illinois, achieving uniform successful results. Mr. Wilkinson has served as a consultant to various medical professional liability insurance carriers and various hospital quality assurance and risk management programs in the greater Boston area. He is a frequent speaker before medical groups, in-service attendees and continuing legal and medical education programs. Mr. Wilkinson has also served as general counsel to a major for-profit health care organization in the New England area.
